Buy or Sell I-Cons: This demo will let you buy or sell up to the 100 I-Cons you have been allocated.
There are three projects to choose between: 1. Dinner - which shows that anything can be broken down and have micro-bonuses liked to the completion of milestones. If you click on the project "Dinner" or any of the deliverables, you'll get a pop-up explaining very briefly what needs to be completed. This is true for any project or deliverable.
2. NewDev - which is a basic new development project. It has three consecutive milestones and at the completion of each milestone, deliverable payments are made. This really is meant to parallel a project schedule and put teeth into the due dates. If a deliverable is late, then the bonus payments associated with that deliverable don't have to be made. Future deliverables can still pay off, so the motivating factor isn't lost. Additionally, if a deliverable completed early, workers could be offered 120% of the deliverable payment.
This is, after all, an incentive network.
3. HR - Human resources and managers in general, have tasks they want people to perform but they are not necessarily linked to specific dates. This could include training programs, registering for insurance or 401K plans, scheduling reviews etc. Anything a manager or HR professional wants to ensure their reports complete, but that they don't want to nag them endlessly about.
Monitor the status of the project What you can't see is this demo are the dashboards and reports which simplify managements life. These provide insight into people opinions and attitudes toward projects and provide a counter balance to the project schedule for communicating to upper management.
